Reconciliation NSW offers a range of support for schools keen to begin or continue their reconciliation journey. In this practical webinar hear about how to get involved and what help is available.

From the Narragunnawali program to the Schools Reconciliation Challenge to meaningful engagement with National Reconciliation Week and NAIDOC Week there is so much that schools can do to get involved in reconciliation. This work is hugely important in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students but especially for Aboriginal students and our commitment to support their academic achievement while maintaining cultural identity.

This event is brought to you by the department’s RAP team and is part of a series that seeks to educate and inform about Aboriginal histories, cultures and achievements and to create a culturally safe workplace. If you have any questions about the event feel free to contact us at rap@det.nsw.edu.au

Everyone is welcome to join the conversation in our Yammer group and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander colleagues are warmly invited to join the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employee Network by contacting aboriginal.employment@det.nsw.edu.au
