On 12 November 2023 notice was given via email to all Reconciliation NSW Individual, Organisational (Supporter Body) and Local Reconciliation Group Members:

Reconciliation NSW will hold our 2023 Annual General Meeting on Monday 4 December, 2023 at 6:pm virtually, via Zoom videoconference.
You must register to attend the AGM online here at: Humanitix

If you wish to appoint a Proxy or an Attorney, please email us before 30/11/2023 at  info@reconciliationnsw.org.au

Please note that formal nominations for board positions must be submitted to the Returning Officer by 5pm Friday, 24 November 2023.

 

Organisational Members: each member organisation is entitled to one vote per organisation at our AGM.  If you have more than one representative attending the AGM, please nominate the representative who will vote on behalf of the organisation beforehand and ensure that only one representative votes on the day.
If you wish to present an item in the general business section of the agenda please email us by 5pm Monday, 20 November 2023 so that we can factor this into the meeting agenda as an item for a General Meeting, directly following the AGM: info@reconciliationnsw.org.au
