Membership

  1. Visit our Membership Page

  2. Select the membership tier that suits you and click Select Membership.

  3. You will be redirected to the product page. Click Select Membership again to add it to your cart.
    Please note: You can only purchase one membership per account at a time.

  4. Proceed to Checkout and complete your billing details. Click Continue.

  5. In the Additional Information section, provide the required supporting details. Click Continue.

  6. Enter your payment details and click Complete Purchase.

  7. Once your order is processed, go to the Membership Portal.

  8. You will need to set your password. Please check your email for the password reset link and follow the instructions.

No. Each account can only hold: One Individual Membership OR One Organisational Membership

If you need a different membership type, you will need to cancel your current membership first.

To cancel your membership:

  1. Go to your account page.

  2. Click on the Subscriptions tab.

  3. Click View under the Actions column next to your active subscription.

  4. Click Cancel.

If you wish to change your membership tier:

  • First cancel your current subscription.

  • Then follow the steps under How do I become a member? to purchase your new membership.

  1. Go to your account page.

  2. Click on the Subscriptions tab.

  3. Click View under the Actions column next to your active subscription.

  4. Click Change Payment Method.

  5. Enter your new card details and click Add Payment Method.

  6. Click Make Default next to your preferred payment method.

Once logged in, visit your members-only resources page.

Only active members can access this page.
